Andrés Montoya
I am an experienced soccer coach with a passion for helping players develop their skills on and off the field. With over 21 years of coaching experience, I have worked with players of all ages and skill levels, from youth leagues to high level travel programs. As a coach, I focused on developing players’ technical skills, tactical awareness, and mental toughness, helping them to become well-rounded athletes. Throughout my coaching career, I have emphasized the importance of teamwork, sportsmanship, and discipline. I believe that soccer is not just a game, but a way to teach life skills such as leadership, perseverance, and resilience. I have volunteered for the North Plainfield, Piscataway, and South Plainfield soccer clubs, working tirelessly to promote the sport in the local community. I am currently the president of the South Plainfield Soccer Association where I lead the organization in its mission to provide a positive and supportive environment for young players to learn and grow in our community.
